Subject: Special General Meeting – Adoption of Constitution and Incorporation
Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting (SGM) of North Harbour Volleyball Association Incorporated will be held to discuss and vote upon the incorporation of the Club and the adoption of a new constitution compliant with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
Purpose of Meeting:
To pass special resolutions to:
- Adopt a new Constitution (rules) for that complies with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
- Apply to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for incorporation.
